Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 4-9 business days in total: 2-4 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for courier delivery. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. There is no express delivery.

Items marked 'ships internationally' take 10-15 business days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs R99 per order, anywhere in South Africa. We only deliver in South Africa.

How can I pay?

Card, Instant EFT and other secure South African payment options at checkout.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Under the Consumer Protection Act, faulty goods may be returned within 6 months after delivery. There is no 7-day reporting limit.
