Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. Delivery costs R99 per order, South Africa only. Delivery takes 4-9 business days in total: 2-4 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for courier delivery. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. There is no express delivery.

Items marked 'ships internationally' take 10-15 business days.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return delivery is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

For qualifying online orders, you also have a 7-day cooling-off right under ECTA. Return delivery may be for your account.

Faulty or damaged goods

Under the Consumer Protection Act, faulty, unsafe or poor-quality goods may be returned within 6 months after delivery. Depending on the law and the circumstances, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund. There is no 7-day reporting limit for faulty goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may affect when the money appears in your account.
