Who is responsible

Payment providers process your full payment details. Doorstep Crate does not store your full card details.

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, take payment, answer questions, manage returns, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and improve the store. We send marketing only where the law allows it, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed with service providers such as Shopify, payment providers, couriers, suppliers, email services and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Information outside South Africa
